With the people and the leadership, we will get the work done.
Effective leadership support responds to what matters most in your context. We partner with you to understand your strategic focus and build the leadership capability to respond to your needs, raise achievement, and reduce disparity.
We start by understanding the improvement challenge, what is happening for ākonga, and what your evidence tells you. We consider this alongside your strategic priorities, then explore what is contributing to the challenge before determining what needs to change.
From there, we establish what success will look like and shape support around your context, people, and priorities, focusing the professional learning where it can make the greatest difference. Through careful planning, ongoing review, and shared accountability, we use evidence to understand progress, and evaluate the impact.

The global expertise and unique partnerships behind our team
Our accredited facilitators work across Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally, combining deep local experience with globally recognised expertise. Our work is grounded in strong evidence and shaped through longstanding relationships with leading researcher-practitioners. These partnerships enable our team to translate significant bodies of research into practical approaches that leaders can use in their own contexts.

Leadership Dimensions Matrix
We constructed a matrix with the University of Auckland and Learning Media. The matrix has four stages, progressive for each of the five dimensions that allow leaders to identify their learning needs and to measure progress over time.
The term ‘leader’ is used in the broader sense of the word. A leader may be the principal, a leader in charge of curriculum, or anyone with leadership responsibility within the school. The matrix is designed to measure the kinds of knowledge, skills and dispositions identified in the Leadership Best Evidence Synthesis ; it draws on bodies of research evidence to explain what leadership works and why to improve valued education outcomes.
