Join a national team of principal advisors to provide leadership and tailored support to beginning principals/ngā tumuaki. Collaborate with stakeholders across the education system to help us raise achievement and reducing disparity for learners/ngā ākonga across Aotearoa New Zealand.
We have been providing support to beginning principals/ngā tumuaki since 2017 and has been contracted by the Ministry of Education to provide a new targeted and guided support service for beginning principals/ngā tumuaki commencing in 2024. We will have a team of 33 principal advisors and project leads providing the new service to principals in their first, second and third years of principalship across the schooling sector from primary to secondary.
