Leading Adult Learning Pathways
Develop your school’s future direction for learning
A year-long partnership to shape your school’s future direction for learning.
Leading for future-fit learning and flourishing is at the heart of our work.
What do your learners need to thrive, now and in the future? How can your leadership team turn that understanding into a shared direction and changes in practice?
Leading Adult Learning Pathways supports leadership teams to explore these questions and act on them. Drawing on the practical material in For the Love of Learning, we work alongside you to strengthen your school’s learning culture and develop the capabilities learners need to flourish.
Each partnership is co-designed around your school’s context, priorities, and aspirations.
Is this the right support for your school?
A year-long partnership could suit your leadership team if you want to:
develop a shared understanding of what matters most for your learners
review your school’s vision for learning and what it means in practice
strengthen the relationships and professional conversations that support change
explore how teaching and learning can prepare ākonga for an increasingly complex world
sustain a focus on improvement, with support to put ideas into practice and review progress

Five interconnected areas for future-fit learning and flourishing
Regardless of which partnership option you choose, every Leading Adult Learning Pathway is built around five interconnected areas that strengthen leadership capability and support learner flourishing.

What a year-long partnership could look like
Every Leading Adult Learning Pathway is co-designed with your leadership team and adapted to your school's context. While each school's journey will be unique, a typical partnership might unfold like this.
