Project Coordinator

Based in our Christchurch office, Katherine is a Project Coordinator supporting the Curriculum and Assessment portfolio. 

Katherine works across a diverse range of projects, providing coordination and administrative support to ensure programmes run smoothly and efficiently. She supports key projects and initiatives including: 

  • Maths and Pāngarau Accelerated Programme for Years 0–6 (MAP) 

  • Ministry of Education Years 0–8 Mathematics PLD  

  • Te Manu Ka Rere (targeted support for secondary schools) 

  • e-asTTle training and support 

Katherine also supports a range of evaluation and review projects, providing project coordination and administrative support to our Evaluator. 

Before joining Evaluation Associates | Te Huinga Kākākura Mātauranga, Katherine worked in the travel, tourism and aviation industries before moving into academic and administrative roles within the tertiary education sector. Her background in customer service and administration has given her strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills that she brings to her current role. 

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves getting outdoors, catching up with friends, reading and listening to audiobooks, caring for her ever-growing collection of indoor plants, and baking treats to share with her family.
