Cissy Zeng

Based in our Auckland office, Cissy is our Project Coordinator - Project Office.

She supports project office operations across CRM systems, capacity management, project dashboards, reporting processes, workflow improvement and digital marketing activity. With 20 years of experience across marketing, operations and technology-focused roles, she is hands-on, tech-savvy and highly analytical.

Cissy previously spent nearly 10 years in operations and marketing at Tsinghua University Press, where she worked closely with academic leaders and stakeholders in tertiary education. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.

In her down time, Cissy enjoys staying active through running, group fitness classes and practising archery at a local club.
