Based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Renae connects schools, kura, and Kāhui Ako across Aotearoa with innovative, future-focused solutions that lift achievement and reduce disparity. She leads business development and innovation at Evaluation Associates | Te Huinga Kākākura Mātauranga, tailoring bespoke professional learning to school priorities, working with company leads to refine services, and building purposeful partnerships across the education sector.

MoE-accredited in Assessment for Learning and Local Curriculum, Renae is an experienced professional learning facilitator who has led national PLD in literacy, writing, STEM, and curriculum integration. She has co-designed and coached school leaders through the roll-out of large-scale initiatives in primary, secondary, and area schools, as well as Kāhui Ako nationwide. Her approach is grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi, fostering culturally responsive practice, strong professional relationships, and sustainable change.
Known for bringing clarity and streamlined solutions to complex challenges, Renae’s expertise includes integrating disciplines, using technology with purpose, and designing professional learning that becomes embedded in school systems. She recently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Assessment for Learning) and will begin her Master’s degree in 2026 to deepen her sector impact.
Outside of work, Renae loves to cook, travel, and lose herself in a good book.
