Lynette is our Business Support Manager. Based at the Auckland office, she ensures administrative processes run smoothly, internal processes are robust, and builds capacity to accommodate growth through continuous improvement. Lynette works closely with Sarita and her team to ensure the company policies and processes meet the needs of the company. She is responsible for:
- Leadership of the Business Support Team and management of the business support function.
- Health and Safety
- Policy development and maintenance
- Asset management
Lynette has a BA from the University of Puerto Rico and completed her postgraduate studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Master of Management, at the University of Auckland. Before joining Evaluation Associates, she spent over 20 years at various administrative and management roles at several University of Auckland academic development centres.
On her down time, Lynette spends time with her husband and two boys hiking and travelling the country. She enjoys cooking for friends, exploring food markets and working on home improvements.
