Greg Watson
Greg is a principal advisor with Evaluation Associates | Te Huinga Kākākura Mātauranga, working with beginning principals in Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Tai Tokerau. He has had 22 years’ experience in secondary school senior leadership, 17 of those as principal of Mount Roskill Grammar School.
Greg is an accredited coach with Growth Coaching International and has a passion for growing strategic and interpersonal capabilities that enable school leaders to give priority to the problems that directly impact the learning and well-being of students. He is particularly interested in the way senior teams collaborate to achieve agreed goals.

Stewardship committee member for Puketāpapa Kāhui Ako
Trustee for the Mount Roskill Early Childhood Centre
Greg has a range of educational qualifications including a Master of Educational Administration (with first class honours). His Woolf Fisher Fellowship enabled him to further explore leadership practice.
Greg enjoys most sports and travelling, tramping and camping, particularly with his wife and three adult children.
