then this programme is tailor-made for you.


We are excited to offer this highly successful adult learning programme

Constructed with the support and mentorship of Joan Dalton, this programme will enable you to:

  • create a learning-focused culture

  • build effective collaboration and teamwork skills

  • engage in different types of powerful conversations that move learning forward

  • develop your leadership and ‘Art of Facilitation’ expertise in working with adult learners

  • use a wealth of practical strategies, tools and protocols to enhance the effectiveness of the adults you lead.

The workshop series will include:

  • Five workshop days spread out over the year. This could be face-to-face or online depending on which one you choose.

  • Coaching - each participant will be offered 3 x 30 minute sessions of personalised coaching, face to to face or via zoom depending on location

  • Resources - Each participant will receive their own full set of Joan Dalton’s Learning Talk Books.

Your Investment

Registrations are $2250 + GST per person for a face-to-face course. An online course is $1800 + GST per person. Discounts apply to two or more participants.
