Leading Adult Learning is a practical, high-trust programme for those who lead professional learning in schools and kura. Whether you’re a principal, senior or middle leader, Kāhui Ako across-school or within-school leader, or responsible for growing others in your setting — this programme is designed to strengthen how you lead adult learning, in service of better outcomes for learners.
Designed in partnership with internationally respected educator Joan Dalton, it’s grounded in proven strategies that grow collaborative culture, deepen professional conversations, and lift the capability of the adults who make the biggest difference to ākonga every day.

Coaching sessions are scheduled between each module and can be individual, or team based. You get to choose.
