Leading Adult Learning - Learning Culture for Learning Impact workshops

Grow your leadership skills with Leading Adult Learning.

The Leading Adult Learning team are excited to offer a new professional learning opportunity for principals and leadership teams. This new workshop works with Joan Dalton's highly acclaimed latest book 'Learning Culture for Learning Impact'.

The Invitation and Learning intentions for the two days:

  • To examine your current school learning culture, inquire into highly effective learning cultures more deeply, and apply learnings to authentic needs in your school.

  • To further develop your learning talk capabilities to skillfully engage in important conversations that move learning forward.

  • To lead the leading of adults in ways that model how to build a strong learning culture for learning.

While we will carefully plan a daily agenda, we will adapt it based on what we learn from you during the programme. This will ensure that your needs are met and that the experience remains relevant for you. Additionally, each participant will get their own copy of Joan Dalton’s latest book, 'Learning Culture for Learning Impact.' All Leading Adult Learning courses are designed through our collaborative partnership with internationally acclaimed educator Joan Dalton.
