Leading Adult Learning Pathways
Leading for Learning Futures: Pathways to Flourishing
Leading for future fit learning and flourishing is our core purpose. Guided by the work of global educator Joan Dalton, we partner with school communities to ascertain needs and co-design learning journeys that support and strengthen leadership, learning, and connectedness.
Our Leading Adult Learning Team at Evaluation Associates Ltd is committed to walking alongside school communities in personalised, practical and flexible ways that support and enable success.
Whilst school communities have diverse needs and travel different pathways at different times, each of the following five pathways are interconnected. All are key to achieving your future-fit learner success.
Two Options for Schools
Individual School Pathway
A tailored 12-month partnership designed specifically for your school community, leadership team, and learners.
Collaborative Schools Pathway
A shared 12-month partnership for up to three, four or five schools learning together as leaders for future-fit learning.

Five key pathways to future-fit learning and flourishing

Foundations of Community
Build a culture of relational trust, caring, shared values/norms, a culture where purposeful, important Learning Talk supports teamwork effectiveness to make a meaningful and lasting learning impact.
Purpose, People and Place
Identify and address WHY we are here - our moral purpose as educators, WHAT our prime purpose for learning is, WHO we learn from, WHERE and HOW learning takes place.
Futures Thinking
Build collective understanding of forces that shaped our current model of schooling and why some traditions no longer serve us. Engage in futures thinking to reimagine and shape preferred futures.
Transformative Capabilities Vision
Construct future fit life capabilities through collective design and shared ownership across your entire learning community.
Future-Fit Learning and Teaching
Understand future-fit learning and teaching practices needed to equip student learners to develop flourishing futures.
Flexible Ways of Working
These pathways can be explored through a range of partnership models, depending on your context, priorities, and aspirations.
