As executive assistant to Anna our chief exec, Lauren works hard behind the scenes to ensure that day to day business runs seamlessly. Supporting both Anna and our senior and executive leadership teams, Lauren maximises efficiency through strong organisation and brings a natural flair for workflow optimisation to this high-performance team.

Originally from the UK, Lauren has supported executives in a variety of industries and multiple countries, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table and an insatiable desire for tidy calendars, immaculate inboxes, and dazzling agendas.

Outside of work, Lauren takes to the stage, where she wows audiences across the country as lead singer in her band.

Lauren has a passion for helping people and is driven to improve physical and mental health through teaching Yoga and Pilates.
