As the Head of Finance and Corporate Services of Evaluation Associates | Te Huinga Kākākura Mātauranga, Alfred specialises in all areas of finance discipline, HR functions, property & procurement, internal control, risk management, quality framework and IT infrastructure services. Alfred has a keen interest in partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders (internally and externally) and performing as a trusted business advisor.

• Advising pricing decisions (short- & long-term sustainability) for RFPs/tenders,

• Making sure infrastructure systems and processes are efficient to deliver effective results.

He has an abundance of experience in transforming business strategy into financial budgeting/forecasting on business performance and balance sheet growth. 

Alfred is an experienced leader, skilled in uncovering high-impact issues, streamlining, strengthening processes and systems, introducing work-smart initiatives, and effective use of tied-up capital and liquidity to maximise performance and profitability. He possesses sound knowledge in change management to achieve continuous process improvement, implemented ERP systems to increase organisation-wide efficiency, developed risk maps and formulated strategic action plans.

Outside of work, Alfred enjoys playing badminton, hiking and gardening. He lives in Tāmaki Makaurau but loves to travel around beautiful Aotearoa for its beautiful scenic walks. Try name a place he hasn’t been, it will take you a while!
