Nicki is an experienced professional learning and development facilitator. She recently joined Evaluation Associates as a Leading by Learning facilitator.
Nicki has strengths in:

- curriculum delivery and design.
In her previous role Nicki was involved in supporting school leaders and teachers in their design and development of programmes of learning that were student led, meaningful to students, integrated across the curriculum and focused on the use of key competencies drive and deepen student learning.
Nicki has worked in the education sector since 1991 as a teacher, leader and principal. She has extensive experience guiding teachers and leaders in the background, relevant theory, as well as practical application of the Learning Progressions Frameworks and the use of The PaCT for guiding teaching and learning and/or demonstrating student progress. Knowledge and experience in moderation processes and practices across the curriculum as well as mentoring school leaders in the design and evaluation of programmes for students that are explicitly planned to accelerate literacy learning for underachieving students. Students achieving their potential is what drives Nicki. She believes students deserve the very best teachers and leaders, and that educational achievement is underpinned by putting children at the centre of all decision-making.
Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her nephew and nieces, attempting home renovations, reading or shopping.
