Diana is a principal advisor working with beginning principals in the Auckland region.

Diana has worked in senior leadership roles in primary schools for two decades. Most recently she was Principal of Oranga School for 12 years. Her support for recognising and building leadership in others is underpinned by a solutions-focused approach, Open to Learning Inquiry, and/or coaching conversations and is enhanced by her accreditation as a coach with Growth Coaching International.
