For learners to experience success in education they need to know what they are learning, why they are learning it and what it looks like when they are on the right track. The teacher’s guiding role is to know their students well, be clear with their purpose, and to provide multiple opportunities for learners to experience those successes.

“Rose has raised expectations in our school. She has prompted teachers to understand that they are able to meet children’s needs in their teaching as opposed to looking for another programme to raise achievement.”
