Feedback from 2018 Participants
“Thank you for the opportunity to take part in this professional learning. The additional power has been that we have attended as a team and therefore taken the collective learning back to our setting. We now have shared understandings and expectations to ensure that all the leading of adult learning is engaging, has clear purposes and expectations, and ensures the deepest learning occurs.”
Raewyn Saunders, Principal, Fendalton School
“Having the choice to engage as a leadership team away from our learning spaces has been a great opportunity to learn ways to support one another while developing the complex story of leadership in a safe and welcoming way. Being able to see the skills and actions develop, fine tuned and enhanced across our whole team and then to see this flow through our entire school has demonstrated the valuable nature of all the wonderful conversations we have engaged in through the workshop days and the follow up coaching.
We always walk away from these sessions with a plan that is shared across the entire team. The facilitators are all engaging and share a wealth of skills; modelling effectively the techniques being developed. An A+ year of learning.”
Andrew Mouat, Principal, Templeton School
“I have thoroughly enjoyed this leadership training. It has made me think critically about what I do and why. The way the different ideas have been modelled has helped me to use these strategies when I lead different groups.
“At every session I have reflected on what I am doing and also what I can do differently to motivate and engage the adults I work with. The resources I have received have been incredibly helpful as have the rich conversations I have had with other participants have also been invaluable. Thank you so much!!”
