Sue Ngārimu is the Education Director – Leadership | Regional Stewardship with Evaluation Associates | Te Huinga Kākākura Mātauranga. She leads the delivery of the national Beginning Principal Programme.

Sue has worked as a principal advisor, team leader and national lead in beginning principal support since 2017. Prior to this, she was a primary school principal for 11 years and has been in the education sector for over 30 years.

Sue has three adult children and two mokopuna. Spending time with them and other whānau is precious. She lives in Te Tairāwhiti where she can stay connected with people and place.
