Mel brings teaching and leadership experience in both primary and secondary schools with strengths in digital technologies and project based, student-directed learning. Her leadership experience includes middle and senior leadership roles and more recently community leadership for year 7-10 learners.
Her passion is around engagement for both adult and student learners and she has worked extensively to build her repertoire of strategies and processes in this area of facilitation.
Family is a big part of Mel’s world outside of work. She enjoys a bit of a rural escape, living in the country with her two kids, two cats, two dogs, two chickens and one fabulous husband.
