Sarita is our business manager extraordinaire. She has extensive experience in office management and leads our administration team. She works from the Auckland office and has been with the company since 2008. Some of the areas Sarita is responsible for include:
- Financial management
- HR and payroll
- Overseeing the day to day operations of all offices
- Support to facilitators
Sarita works closely with Michael and Anna to ensure the financial goals of the company are being met. Her job is unique in that she wears many hats; one day she may be running errands, the next preparing financial information to determine the cash flow and profitability of our work. She ensures that everything is running smoothly across all business areas. This requires the ability to manage a multiplicity of tasks but is what she enjoys most about the role.
Sarita has an LLB from the University of Auckland, having completed her law degree in 2010.
When not at work, Sarita can be found spending time with her husband and their three young children. She also has a keen interest in property and can be found poring over property related websites and apps!
Sarita is at present on maternity leave.
