Read about Joan and Mel
"Joan Dalton's years of extensive experience in relationship-based learning are evident in both content and delivery of her Learning Talk professional development and coaching. Joan is gentle but persuasive in developing your leadership team culture, encouraging a cohesive and consistent practice in learning conversations. Joan provides detailed personalised coaching and a great set of tools which support the practice within your school context. Her commitment to you and your school's personal challenges and experiences is evident in the way she crafts her workshops to meet individual contexts as they arise. Her success is evident in the high demand for her work and she is meticulous in her seminar design so all participants have an opportunity to theorise and practise.
Mel Stopford's ability to facilitate both at the strategic and practical level is her strength. She works as well at challenging leadership thinking and provoking innovative shifts as she does leading change in middle leadership through relationship building. Mel is genuine in her approach to mentoring and facilitation and ensures all voices are at the table through thoughtful consideration of wider perspectives.
Mel's experience working alongside Joan allows for flexibility and insight which assists in tailoring delivery to meet diverse needs. They are both experienced and talented individuals who together make a great team."
