Across New Zealand there is a collective focus on improving learning outcomes for every learner. How we lead adult learners in our schools has a critical impact on this. 

If you want the adults in your team, school or Kāhui Ako to collaboratively make a more effective difference to student learning outcomes, join us for an exceptional learning experience.

This programme, designed for teams, will enable you to:

  • create a learning focused culture
  • build effective collaboration and teamwork skills
  • engage in different types of powerful conversations focused on moving learning forward
  • develop your leadership and ‘Art of Facilitation’ expertise in working with adult learners
  • deepen your understanding and use of innovation and inquiry learning with adults.
  • use a wealth of practical strategies, tools and protocols to enhance the effectiveness of the adults you lead. 

Programme of learning

The programme includes:

  • three days of on-site learning in Term 1 led by Joan Dalton and Mel Stopford
  • a follow-up day in Term 2 led by Mel Stopford
  • a culminating day in Term 3 led by Mel Stopford
  • Skype coaching sessions between on-site days, run by Evaluation Associates

By popular demand, both learning programmes will now be held in Christchurch.

Christchurch learning programme #2: Monday 5 March to Wednesday 7 March | Thursday 24 May |Tuesday 21 August

Time: Workshops will run from 8.30am to 3.30pm each day.

$2,200 ex GST per person or a 10% discount for two participants ($1980pp ex GST) or 15% discount ($1870pp ex GST) for three or more participants. This also includes Joan’s Learning Talk publications and Capability Assessment Tool.
