She comes with a great depth of knowledge about the design of effective professional learning and development.

Anna brings to Evaluation Associates a breadth of international experience. She worked for a number of years in Qatar, and in a range of remote schools in the Northern Territories of Australia, and has also worked closely with educators in the United States, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands. Anna values collaboration and partnerships within and across organisations. She has extensive expertise in the area of building high quality partnerships with schools and other organisations.

Anna has a strong interest in understanding how we can learn from research about what makes a difference in education and considering how that applies in today's context. She’s interested in the power of digital technologies beyond the bells and whistles and in exploring how these can create powerful learning opportunities for students.

Anna will be based in our Auckland office, but will also spend time with our Wellington and Christchurch teams. If you would like to get in contact with Anna you can email her at a.sullivan@evaluate.co.nz
