Evaluation Associates Ltd provides a variety of evaluation and research services to public and private sector groups and organizations.  The evaluation team has many years of successful experience delivering high quality evaluation and research projects to its clients throughout New Zealand.  These projects range from simple small scale assignments to complex, multiple stakeholder programmes implemented over several years. 

Evaluators have proven successful backgrounds in teaching, research and evaluation.  They bring to their work well-developed skills in project management, relationship-building, analysis and reporting.  They are adept at working with clients to gain a clear picture of what is required, and at working in collaboration with clients to co-construct an evaluation framework if this is required.  The following are the services our organisation provides.

      Evaluation Plans

      For each evaluation project a detailed plan is produced that describes how the work will be carried out.  In all cases we consult closely with our clients about their requirements.  Our evaluation plans include:

      • Identification of programme goals and objectives

       

      • The development of evaluation questions that address the achievement of the evaluation goals and objectives

       

      • Identification of data sources/ stakeholders who can address the evaluation questions

       

      • Details of how this data will be collected

       

      • Frameworks and methods to be used in analyzing the data

       

      • The timelines in which the project will be managed
